How to Use the Directory

Thank you for using the Children and Youth with Special Healthcare Needs Directory. 

To find a provider, search by category (type of provider) or enter a specific provider name into the search bar. 

If you would like to request that a provider or a resource be added to the directory, please complete and submit our Add Provider/Resource Request Form.

If you would like to request that information be corrected or updated, please complete and submit our Correct/Update Provider/Resource Request Form.
